Return/Exchange Policy
UPDATED RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Since we are a made to order shop our policies state no cancellations or returns/exchanges. Once your order is placed we immediately use your payment to order your supplies to complete your items. We understand plans may changes, events might get canceled etc. However, we are not able to return your goods after they are ordered from our suppliers or get back the time or money lost from creating your custom items. Please respect this policy and order accordingly.
LOST PACKAGES
USPS provides insurance up to $100 on Priority Mail packages. We recommend upgrading to Priority shipping at check out. Rose Gold Rebel is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit and will not offer a refund. Please email hello@rosegoldrebel.com for assistance in filing an insurance claim on USPS.gov.
