We understand buying online can be tricky! Therefore when ordering from us we will be happy to offer an exchange. Please note customer will be responsible for return and new shipping costs for the exchange. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer returns due to the nature of our constantly changing inventory.

The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:
  • Items purchased with a discount code/temporary sale of 20% off or more
  • Jewelry
  • Body/Aromatherapy Items (Candles, Bath Bombs, Etc)
  • Phone Cases
  • Pillows
  • Art Prints and Cards
  • Hair Accessories 
  • Custom or Personalized items

All items must be exchanged within 30 days of being delivered to you. We will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.

Once the exchange is received, please allow 5 business days for processing. You will receive an e-gift card via email. This can be used online or in our Charlotte, NC storefront.
